Having enjoyed an extensive career within the catering industry, Alan Dickson was all too familiar with the logistical issues that come with off-site catering. Alan believed that pig roasters should not only be dependable, but also look great at the same time. When he immigrated to Southern Ontario from Scotland in 2007, Alan decided it was time to take matters into his own hands…and PigOut Roasters was born.
The PigOut Roasters team set out to develop a versatile roaster that had the capability of multiple cooking methods and could roast quickly while looking great. The end result? An amazingly efficient roaster that can be used wherever and whenever needed. The multiple application roaster can be cooking multiple dishes at once while maintaining a blistering cooking speed of 100lbs in 5 hours while unattended!
