In further response to COVID-19, Symetric staff will now be working remotely. We have processes in place so that we remain fully functional and able to fulfill all of your web, design and marketing needs. We will continue following regular office hours of 9am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. For anyone who phones the office, you will be directed to a general mailbox, which our staff will be checking regularly. Please leave a message and the appropriate person will return your call in a timely manner. We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this time of uncertainty surrounding COVID-19.
In response to the virus, the Symetric team is taking all precautionary steps to protect the health of our employees, clients and business partners, while still providing effective web and graphic solutions for your business.
We will be monitoring the situation surrounding COVID-19 closely and will keep you informed of any changes related to our business function.
Symetric Office Status:
1.) Meetings: Effective immediately, we are transitioning to all virtual meetings for the foreseeable future.
For all other staff, please reach out directly to your contact via email.
2.) Office hours: The office will continue to operate during our regular business hours of 9am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
3.) Website Support: For all support requests, please continue using our online form available at: https://www.symetricproductions.com/support/
In the event that we are forced to close our office, measures will be taken to ensure our staff can effectively service you from a remote location.
With many business functions moving digitally, our goal is to continue providing high levels of service and support to our clients.

1.) Virtual Meetings: If you’re transitioning to remote work locations, you may want to consider hosting virtual meetings by creating a free account with Zoom.
2.) Business Updates and Advisories: If your company has updates in response to COVID-19 that you’d like communicated through your website or other digital platforms, notify our team and we can help facilitate those changes.
3.) Monitoring Marketing Channels: With an increase in closures surrounding events and facilities, keep an eye on your digital marketing channels (social media, digital ads, website content, email marketing) to ensure that what you’re communicating is still relevant and accurate.
